At the heart of creating authentic safer gambling training, is understanding the real impact gambling can have on individuals, families, and communities. One of the most powerful tools in this effort is lived experience; the firsthand insight of those who have been directly affected by gambling, whether through personal experience or supporting a loved one.

Through listening to the voices of those with lived experience your teams will develop a deeper level of understanding and empathy towards you customers, using these insights to better identify early markers of harm, and allowing for stronger and more effective customer interactions.

We respect each individuals experience, supporting people to safely share their experiences, not for shock value, but to humanise gambling harm, bridging the gap between policy and reality, enabling employees to understand potential impact, not just process.
